Two ay excursion to the ERG LIHOUDI desert

If you are a few days in Morocco and you want to have a first contact with the true desert, this is your option. You will spend one night in the area of Erg Lihoudi, the first dunes of the desert. Discover the magic of Morocco with our tours from Marrakech!

Day 1 Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Erg Lihoudi

Pick up at 8am at your accommodation.

We cross the High Atlas to its highest point in Tizi'n Tiscka Mountain (2,260 m.).

Arrival at Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. We take a panoramic tour of the Kasbah.

We continue through the Valle del Draa, considered one of the most beautiful routes in the country. We cross Berber towns, Agdz, Zagora, Tamgroute, where we will visit the green ceramic cooperative, Tagounite and enter the route that will take us to the camp.

Arrival at Erg Lihoudi, the first dunes of the desert. Welcome tea.

We will take a dromedary ride through the dunes to see the sunset.

Dinner and night at the camp.

Day 2 Erg Lihoudi - Marrakech

We will contemplate the sunrise, a unique spectacle. We will have breakfast and return to Marrakech.
