A group of families, 17 people, traveled with us in the Atlas and desert of Morocco. During his stay in Tagounite we took the opportunity to organize a football game: Tagounite - Castelldefels (Barcelona). It was a magical game where, both children and adults, created an environment of union between cultures that we will all remember forever.

10/29/2011 MARRAKECH – MONTAÑA DE TIZI’N TISCKA –ZAGORA – VALLE DEL DRAA – TAGOUNITEPick up in Marrakech at 8am at the hotel or Riad where they are staying. Departure to the desert, south of Morocco, in the M’hamid area. During the route we will make several stops.
We go through the High Atlas, climbing the Tizi n'Tichka Mountain (2,260mts of altitude) to the Anti Atlas, enjoying a great mountain landscape.
We arrive in Ouarzazate and continue traveling throughout the Draa Valley that, with its variety of colors, between palm trees and kasbahs that surround it, form a spectacular landscape that ends up being one of the most beautiful routes in Morocco.
We continue the route crossing the town of Zagora and we will arrive at Tagounite, a typical town in the area, which is located about 25km from the gates of the desert. You will go to a campsite, located between the palm trees, where you will be very comfortable and where a party with music will be prepared for you and where the children can enjoy with other children playing and dancing to music and enjoying the moment and the place.
After breakfast, three 4x4s will pick you up to take a tour of the kasbahs around the town. After the excursion we will have a soccer game: TAGOUNITE - CASTELLDEFELS with the children of the two villages. Once the game is over, you will start the adventure in 4x4 through the desert. You will enter the gates of the desert and continue passing through many desert landscapes and you will arrive at an Oasis, where you will stop to eat. In the afternoon you will continue the route until you reach the great dunes of Chigaga (300m high and 45km from the horizon). In the Chigaga area, also called El Gran Desierto, you will spend the night sleeping in a haima. You will see the sunset among the dunes and you will go on a dromedary excursion.
10/31/2011 CHIGAGA - FOUM ZGUID - TAZENAKHT - OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECHAfter breakfast we will start the return to Marrakech. We will go through a different route from which we have arrived, going all the way to Foum Zguid. We will continue through Tazenakht, a famous town for making carpets. Then we will make a stop at the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will cross the Tizi’n Tiscka Mountain until we reach Marrakech. Hotel accommodation.
